"Kathy is an asset to me and your company. Each time I have came she has explained what my insurance is and is professional and caring. I give here a 80 not a 10. She goes above and beyond. For example when I called her about my payments. And today I walked in and as usual she was knowledgeable and caring and she says thank you is always said. She makes me feel like family not business. Keep her at this position because she works for me and others and you and she is on the top. I have experience other customer service and they don't come close to her. Thank you for hiring her."
